Vendor must not engage in any misleading claims, false labeling, or unethical practices.
The Company may terminate this relationship immediately in cases of non-compliance, supply of counterfeit or unsafe products, or breach of contract.
Upon termination, the Vendor must fulfill all pending obligations, including refunds or replacements for defective products.
Vendor shall be liable for any damages, legal claims, or losses arising from non-compliance, defective goods, or breach of these Terms.
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against all third-party claims relating to supplied products.
